Well, I had another sleep study last night - I got there at 8:15, they didn't hook me up until after 11 ... I finally got to go to seep after midnight and then they woke me up at FIVE in the morning!! Evil people!!!
On my last sleep study (little over 5 years ago), the report said "moderate intermittent snoring" which everyone who has ever slept in the same room with me feels is baloney. This time, I asked the technician if I snored and she said "Um ... yeah, you snored" - I said was it moderate? and intermittent? She said "No, I wouldn't call it that - I'd definitely say it was more than moderate" lol
So now I'm off to take a nap!
Now it's naptime!
