I was at the ASA-GCC conference this weekend I found out I had been nominated for and won the Special Education Teacher of the Year award!!!
What a surprise and an honor!! They even gave me a copy of some of the things that my students' parents, administrators and colleagues said about me when asked if and why they thought I should receive the award I posted some of them here if you want to read them :-)
